Regardless of how "un-Photoshopped" a photograph is, it's been mediated - by the photographer alternatives of digital camera, movie (if working with movie), lens duration (these first three together add for the sharpness and contrast of a photograph, amongst several other issues), color or black and white, focal stage, depth of field, speed, framing (what, that is certainly, is in the body and what isn composition, and much more.
